Sourced from Fair trade Co-operatives in Papua New Guinea (PNG), this espresso coffee has a chocolate, nutty flavour with a slightly fruity finish of cherry. Finely ground, with a medium roast, this coffee is the perfect espresso coffee- no need for the grinder.
This coffee is grown in the Eastern Highlands Province of PNG where plentiful rain & rich volcanic soils provide ideal growing conditions for coffee. The members of HOAC (Highlands Organic Agriculture Co-operative) are growers who tend their small plots of coffee & individually process in their villages following organic and sustainable agricultural practices.
